Our production line is not limited to standard jewelry and bracelets. We can manufacture in any form that leather can take, in any desired color and size. To date, we have successfully completed countless niche projects from our production line, ranging from customized gold leaf light switches to collars. ⚙️ Branding and Personalization Options

We use different technologies to apply your brand's signature to your products according to corporate standards. (The marking process to be applied is charged separately on a project basis, depending on the chosen method.)

  • Laser Marking: Permanent CNC laser engraving with micron precision on 316L stainless steel locks and metal components.
  • Hot Stamping (Embossing): Textured and durable logo print applied to genuine leather surface using steel press and mold.
  • Foil Printing: Thermal foil stamping applied to leather in gold, silver, or your corporate colors.

📐 Sample Preparation and Manufacturing Process

For an idea to seamlessly transition to mass production, the right equipment, molding, and tolerance analysis are required. We offer our B2B partners two different ways to proceed:

  • Custom Sample Production from Scratch: The R&D process is initiated based solely on your idea, technical drawing, or reference images. Engineering and molding phases are completed, and the first physical sample is produced specifically for your brand. (Mold, hardware, and sample work done from scratch are subject to a design fee.)
  • Manufacturing of the Existing Sample: We can reverse engineer a physical sample you already have or a prototype model that we have previously approved, enabling it to be directly integrated into the mass production line.
