1. General Information about the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

The Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as KVKK) was adopted on March 24, 2016, and published in the Official Gazette No. 29677 dated April 7, 2016. This Policy explains how your data is processed within the scope of our commercial activities (B2B wholesale and export).

2. Information as Data Controller

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and as the Data Controller (Güner Polat – Style Leather), the company, authorized person, and individual company information you share with us will be recorded, stored, updated, and may be transferred to third parties in cases where required by legislation, within the framework explained on this page, in our e-invoice/e-archive and logistics systems.

3. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Your Data

The commercial and personal data you share;
• Meeting wholesale purchasing demands, managing order-specific production processes (B2B), and ensuring operational communication.,
• Issuing e-invoices, e-archives, and delivery notes in accordance with the Tax Procedure Law No. 213 (VUK) and the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102 (TTK),
• Complying with international logistics and customs regulations for micro-export (ETGB) and customs clearance procedures.,
• Data is processed to complete legal verification and registration processes within the banking and payment systems infrastructure.

4. Individuals and Organizations to Whom Your Data May Be Transferred

For the commercial and operational purposes stated above, your data;
• For order delivery and ETGB (Electronic Customs Declaration) procedures, we use cargo, courier and international logistics companies (DHL, UPS, FedEx, etc.).,
• For the execution of financial processes, we will provide services to e-invoice integrator firms, financial advisors, and Customs Directorates.,
• In legal disputes, it can be transferred to official authorities and judicial bodies upon request.

5. How Your Data Is Collected

Your data is collected electronically through wholesale membership applications and order payment screens on our website. The collected data includes Company Name, Tax Office, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Turkish National Identity Number (TCKN) for sole proprietorships, delivery addresses, and authorized contact information.

6. Transferring Your Data Abroad

When orders are placed from outside Türkiye or when using cloud infrastructure/payment gateway services originating from abroad, your data may be transferred to service providers located abroad, provided that it complies with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and ensures the fulfillment of the order.

7. Data Subject Rights under the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

According to Article 11 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), as a data subject;
• To find out whether your personal data is being processed, and to request information if it is being processed,
• Requesting correction if your data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.,
• You have the right to request the deletion or destruction of data within the framework of the conditions stipulated by law.
