Reply: Style Leather is a manufacturer serving only corporate B2B business partners. With our “High Mix / Low Volume” infrastructure, we flawlessly produce thousands of different SKUs to industrial standards using 316L stainless steel, metal components, and genuine leather.

🔹 Question: Do you offer private label manufacturing and sample work?
Reply: Yes. We can produce all kinds of designs for your brand, from niche products like collars and wallets to custom-sized leather bracelets. We apply laser marking to steel/metal components and heat transfer (embossing) and foil stamping to leather. Mold and sample work, design, and engineering are done for a fee.

🛍️ Ordering and Shopping Processes

🔹 Question: Do you have retail sales? Can I buy products individually?
Reply: Our system is entirely based on B2B wholesale sales, and all prices on the site are net wholesale prices. However, individual customers who meet the minimum basket amount can also benefit from these wholesale prices. Even for individual purchases, invoices are issued in accordance with our corporate (B2B) procedures.

Reply: Until our fully automated XML infrastructure is complete, our business partners can operate using a "manual dropshipping" model. As you receive orders, you can purchase single units from our site and ship the products directly to your own customers, benefiting from our wholesale pricing without incurring stock and warehousing costs.

💰 Pricing, VAT and Payment

🔹 Question: Are your prices inclusive of VAT? Are there any tax advantages for international purchases?
Reply: Our prices on the website are exclusive of VAT. For domestic orders, legal VAT will be added at the payment stage. However, Foreign (Micro Export) Your orders will benefit from a %0 VAT advantage, meaning you will not pay any tax.

🔹 Question: What payment methods do you accept? Do you offer cash on delivery?
Reply: You can pay with all credit/debit cards (with installment options) or via bank transfer/EFT with 3D Secure security. To offer the best price, we do not offer "Cash on Delivery" or "Open Account (Credit Card)" options.

🚚 Shipping, Delivery and Return Policy

🔹 Question: What are your shipping times and international shipping terms and conditions?
Reply: For products in stock: Domestic orders are delivered within 1-3 business days. International (Micro-Export) orders are shipped by air via Global Express partners such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS within 1-5 business days after production. Customs and import duties in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

🔹 Question: What are the return and exchange conditions?
Reply: According to Article 23/1-c of the Turkish Commercial Code (TTK), in B2B purchases, orders must be checked within 3 (three) days of receipt, and any obvious manufacturing defects must be reported to us in writing. Micro-texture or color differences arising from the characteristic structure of genuine leather and natural stones are not considered manufacturing defects.

Reply: Of course. You can visit our store at Yarpuz Business Center No:30 (Istanbul) to examine our product quality, see samples, and place your order in person. The wholesale prices on our website are exactly the same as the prices in our store.
